In this one-and-a-half-day workshop, you will participate in a fun, fast-moving simulation that will echo everyday challenges faced by project teams everywhere. How you overcome these challenges, will form the basis of our deep dive into understanding how to build and nurture high-performing teams.

- Recognize the patterns in your own behavior that hold back your teams from improved performance.
