Are your project teams listless, reactive and opaque? Are the team members unengaged, lacking initiative and unable to solve problems on their own? Do you feel like your project teams could be doing more, but are unsure how to motivate them?
In this one-and-a-half-day workshop, you will participate in a fun, fast-moving simulation that will echo everyday challenges faced by project teams everywhere. How you overcome these challenges, will form the basis of our deep dive into understanding how to build and nurture high-performing teams.
