This year’s theme for the conference is “Improving Through People.”  The first day consists of talks and workshops, while the second day is a DevOps Forum.  “There is a amazing lineup of globally recognized speakers, and I am so pleased we are sponsoring this event,” said Carlton Nettleton, principal consultant and Certified Scrum Trainer® for Look Forward Consulting.

“Lyssa Adkins is an amazingly creative, free-thinker who helped me start my Agile journey and I won’t be missing her talk, ‘Great Scrum Masters: Grown not Born,’” Carlton commented.  Lyssa Adkins is one of founders, along with Deborah Harmann Preuss (who will also be at the event) of “TENWOMENSTRONG.”  TENWOMENSTRONG is a coaching program bringing together circles of dynamic and inspiring women to lead their lives on purpose.

Maria Matarelli is a another speaker Carlton anticipates seeing at the conference.  “Maria is a dynamic and engaging speaker and I really respect her work on Personal Agility, which is the topic of her talk,” Carlton adds.
