Valleta, Malta November 13, 2017 – Do you use questions to help people find their path? Or, how might questions spark a dialogue on what is really important from a team? Of these two questions, one is weak, while the other is much more powerful. Learn how to tell the difference at ScrumDay Malta, on December 1, 2017. Carlton Nettleton, CST and President of Look Forward Consulting will be giving a one-hour hands on workshop called “Powerful Questions for the Scrum Professional.”
“Powerful Questions are one of my favorite topics to share with Scrum practitioners. The concepts are easy to explain and with a little practice, Powerful Questions are a skill someone can put into use quickly and effectively,” said Carlton. In addition to sharing the fundamentals of formulating Powerful Questions, participants will have the opportunity to practice this new skill to see the impact of using Powerful Questions.
On the topic questions, there will also be a “Q&A With The Coaches, where attendees will have an opportunity to meet and network with the coaches in a half hour question and answer session.
This will be the first ScrumDay Malta, and it will be held at the St. Martin’s Institute of Higher Education in Hamrun, Malta, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. “In addition to being the first ScrumDay Malta, it is going to be my first trip to Malta, and I am looking forward to it.”
