Look Forward Consulting offers a variety of public and private trainings.  Many of these classes provide PDU for PMP participants (Category B).  All public classes can be delivered in-house and customized for your training objectives.  Please get in touch to discuss any private classes you would like us to produce and deliver.

• Intro to Scrum: one-day class providing an overview of the Scrum framework, values, principles and roles.  Perfect entry level class for people wanting to know more about Scrum or Team members on Scrum teams.
• Estimating & Planning: the Agile software development world has brought forth a number of innovations in the area of estimating and planning.  In this one-day class we will draw forth these powerful planning tools and share the techniques used by successful teams that consistently deliver high-quality results on-time and on-budget.
• High-Performing Teams: every work on an awesome team?  Wonder how to recapture that spirit again?  In this one-day simulation, you will learn about what conditions help high-performing teams emerge and how to sustain them.
• Certified ScrumMaster: two-day class describing the fundamentals of Scrum and the essential role the ScrumMaster plays in facilitating change.  At the end of this course participants will be Certified ScrumMasters.
• Certified Product Owner: two-day class explaining how the Product Owner can leverage the Scrum framework to advantage of the business.  At the end of this course participants will be Certified Product Owners.
